We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location was perfect for us, as we could easily take a walk to the beautiful square and also explore the nearby shopping mall. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided top-notch customer service. We were pleasantly surprised by the amenities in our room, which included ironing facilities, a heating system, and a cozy sitting area. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including cookware and an electric kettle. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment during our downtime, and the dining area was spacious and comfortable. We also appreciated the leisure facilities, such as the indoor swimming pool, Turkish bath, and fitness center. the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The location of Nemea Appart'Hotel Nancy Grand Coeur was ideal, just a short walk from the city center. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to assist us, even helping with parking and recommendations for food. Although we didn't have time to use the pool and spa, they appeared well-maintained and other guests seemed pleased. Despite a few drawbacks mentioned in reviews, our stay was pleasant overall. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Rooms not clean, but new room offered with breakfast. Nice and comfy rooms, well-equipped kitchen, firm beds, great showers. Good check-in times, free parking in garage. Modern apartment hotel, clean and tidy rooms, fast WiFi, good receptionist. Normal breakfast, 10 mins walk to center. Pool and steam bath a great addition, especially for kids. Not bad location.

The hotel boasted an unbeatable location, with easy access to the main train station and walking distance to the city center. The staff were pleasant and attentive, greeting us with warm smiles and assisting with our needs. The room was large and comfortable, with big windows that let in plenty of natural light. Plus, we were delighted to have access to a fantastic pool.

The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, with cigarette smoke present from the previous occupants and lackluster housekeeping. The kitchen came equipped with nothing useful, which was a letdown since it was otherwise a great way to save money on meals.
